Happy Feet Quilted Shoe Workshop




Step into the world of bespoke footwear with our "Quilted Comfort" class, where you'll embark on a unique journey to create your very own quilted shoes. This hands-on workshop is designed for Intermediate to seasoned sewist , offering a blend of creativity, functionality, and the joy of creating your personalized pair of quilted shoes. THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CLASS.

Included :
- Bucklebee Shoe kit-Kit contains high-quality cupsoles, insoles, pattern for hi-top, classic, and ultra-low versions, sharp metal stiletto, waxed cord, saddler’s needle, hard shell thimble, and our Happy Feet! Guide.
-Available in black or white. Kits are sized in whole European sizing, and soles run a smidge big. Please see our conversion chart. Medium width only, but the soles have a rounded, extremely comfortable toe-box.

-3 fat Quarters
-1 Yard double sided fusible foam
- Sewing Machine ( you can rent one of our classroom machines for $15 please call to reserve one)

In order to get a refund you must reach out 48 hours before your scheduled class via email to Hanginbyathreadnj@gmail.com
You may transfer your class to another person or use it as a credit towards your next class If given notice 24 hours before the class.

Instructor: Joan From Buckle Bee Bags
Instructor Bio: Joan Radell doesn?t remember not being able to use a sewing machine. With a strong foundation in garment construction, Joan got hooked on quilting in 1991, and made her first handbag in 2010. She published her first handbag pattern in 2015, under the Bucklebee by Me label. She?s known for her love of bright and bold color and pattern, and unexpected, whimsical fabric combinations. In 2016, Joan launched Bucklebee Toolbox, devoted to designing better tools for all kinds of sewing. She markets her tools and patterns online at bucklebeebags.com, and at quilt shows all over the eastern seaboard. Throughout her sewing journey, Joan?s been an enthusiastic garment construction, quilting and handbag construction teacher. Her classes and workshops focus on innovative techniques that result in more professional results.
